Passing the Two Month Mark

That's right. I passed my two month mark, which was kind of where I usually fall of the weight loss wagon and lose motivation. I'm still motivated. I haven't fallen off the wagon.

I did have a bumpy road this week, but I hung in there and even made my work out goal. I had some long driving appointments, one planned, several unplanned that threw a wrench in my schedule this week. Despite these and a resulting un-anticipated three day break from working out in the middle of the week, I still managed to get on the elliptical machine four times, thanks to some cramming at the beginning and end of the week. I had some baked goods because they came into the house, but I really tried to watch portions this week and all this culminated in a 1.5 lb weight loss this week!

How's everyone else doing?

Bravo Lisa! Not only on 1.5 lbs but also on continuing to stick to your goals.

I started out the week really well but through out my knee so I took a break for 3 days which was NOT necessary.

I also find that the week and a half before my period is really touchy when it comes to food. I started off each day with good intentions then I blow it once a day. I'm craving meat, fats and sweets. I think that writing down these cravings will help me prepare for the next month. If I plan it, maybe I can out maneouver (sp?) the cravings.

At least, I hope I can...

That is something to be proud of. Not giving up is a major part of the battle! Not only did you not give up, you made progress!
